Chef Extra pilot:

Following our recent "start of season" push to improve safety, which seems to have gone slack over the winter with bad memory in evidence, here is an example of good practice. All hotshot pilots do it this way.

Chairman Nick East, helped by esteemed Secretary Paul Shelton, have just left the pits and are smartly walking the model out to the pilot stance. The engine of big Extra 350 model is running and the model is properly restrained by Paul. Note that both Paul and Nick are behind the wing and that Nick is in the correct position to give clear instructions to his little helper.

And, for the cynics out there, this shot was not posed.
